To who may concern,
We are a group of 11 people from Malaysia. We Plan to visit Taichung, Cingjing Farm and Hualien and will stay one night each at these three places. We had pre-booked the hotels online.
We are very appreciate if you could quote us how much it cost to charter a 12 seats van for 3 days to cover all these places. Here below showed our itinerary.
Day 1 (4th Jan. 2011) Schedule to arrive at Taichung High Speed Train Station around 1pm from Kaohsiung High Speed Train Station (yet to confirm the time)
Proceed to Taichung for sightseeing, and then check in to Holiday Inn Express Hotel, Tachung. Visit the night market in the late evening, tour will be ended at 9pm.
Day 2 (5th Jan 2011) Depart for Cingjing Farm at 9am
Places which we would like to visit Sun Moon Lake, Small Swiss Garden, Shoushan Park and Hehuan Mountain.
Overnight at Cingjing Farm Guest House
Day 3 (5th Jan 2011) Depart for Hualien at 8am
Places to visit: Taroko George, Tiansiang
Tour will be ended at Oceanic Hotel, Hualien
Day 4 (6th Jan 2011) Caught the early train back to Taipei.
We hoped to hear from you very soon as we need to get thing done.

I would like to cofirm with you the booking.
5-1-2011 Depart from Holiday Inn Express Hotel, Taichung to Cingjing Farm
6-1-2011 Leaving from Cingjing Farm to Hualien
I need a van for 11 adults and 1 child.
Two days charges are TWD 15,000, aren't they?
Please advice me how should I pay you.
